Architectural Services
Quod Architects provides the full scope of architectural services from feasibility to completion stage. Every project begins with thorough site investigation and understanding of your requirements, to provide innovative solutions that will maximize the development's potential and your investment. We have experience in hospitality, commercial, high-rise residential and landed houses in Singapore, Middle East and China.
Interior Design Services
In addition to our background in Architecture, we bring a fresh perspective to the interior design discipline. With an appreciation for refined details and quality, we cater to a discerning clientele looking for interior design services. By combining our expertise in Architecture and Interior Design, we design holistic buildings and spaces and bring them to fruition. We have experience in hospitality, commercial, high-rise residential and landed houses in Singapore, Middle East and China.

Our process driven culture allows us to perfect our product and project outcome.
Architecture Process
The Architectural Process Development is boardly categorised into 6 stages. Each stage involves detailed work to ensure a seamless project development.
1. Site Investigation Site investigation such as visual inspection, topography, building survey and soil investigation would need to be carried out.
2. Schematic Design During the schematic design phase, we would interprete the Client’s brief in terms of spatial, timeline and budgetary requirements, and present a design scheme.
3. Design Development At the Design Development Phase, the Architect would develop the schematic design to a stage sufficient for the other Consultants to commence their detailed design work.
4. Tender During the tender documentation phase, the Architect and Consultants would prepare and finalize the Client’s requirements, necessary to obtain competitive quotations for the work.
5. Construction Site meetings and inspections will be held on a regular basis to keep updated on the Contractor’s progress and workmanship.
6. Completion Remaining works will be completed, for the Client to occupy the space.
Interior Design Process
1. Preliminary Design During the Preliminary design stage, client requirements and preferences would be established. We would also visit the site, in order to check the current conditions of the commercial/ residential unit. With the Client’s requirements and budget in mind, a preliminary design proposal and quotation would be tabled.
2. Design Development During this stage, we would work with you to refine the material finishes and details, and generate 3D perspectives to allow you to visualize the space.
3. Construction Once we finalize the details/ obtain approval to start works, we would start renovation. Depending on the extent of works, it typically takes 1-3 months.
4. Completion The journey does not end when the unit is handed over. Upon completion, we would work with the contractors to rectify the defects. Contractors usually provided a 1 year warranty period.
