Current Opportunity
Architectural Executive
A full-time role at the studio's office at 19 Keppel Road, working across the studio's architecture and interior design projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and establish company standard operating procedures, office standards, and standard details
- Prepare design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare authority submission drawings to obtain the relevant statutory approvals
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on design and technical matters
- Liaise with various government agencies on authority approvals and related matters
- Conduct site meetings and site walks for projects under construction
- Lead contract administration
- Mentor younger team members
