The name comes from the Latin phrase Quod erat demonstrandum, traditionally used to signify that a proof is complete. A registered architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore, with more than ten years of experience across large-scale commercial, residential, and hospitality projects in Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East, and China. Every project begins with creative investigation and thorough site study, to deliver solutions that maximise development potential. The studio has experience in hospitality, commercial, high-rise residential, and landed houses (including terrace house and semi-detached house design) in Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East, and China. The architectural process has six stages: Site Investigation, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender, Construction, and Completion. URA submissions for Provisional Permission and Written Permission are made during Schematic Design. The studio acts as Contract Administrator during Construction and applies for the Temporary Occupation Permit at Completion. ### Commercial Interior Design Quod Architects develops commercial interior design solutions for retail spaces and offices, building each concept around the client's business needs, branding, and aesthetic requirements. The interior design process has four stages: Preliminary Design, Design Development, Construction, and Completion. ### Residential Interior Design The studio specialises in luxury home interior design in Singapore and the region, combining functional sensibilities with the client's elevated sense of aesthetics and lifestyle.
