Quod Architects undertakes both architecture and interior design for commercial and residential projects. The firm is anchored by a commitment to creating unique experiences, craftsmanship, and excellence in the building and construction industry.
Quod derives its name from the Latin phrase Quod erat demonstrandum, traditionally used to signify that the proof is complete. We have carried out projects across Singapore, Malaysia, the Middle East and China.

How We Work
The Process
Building a development is a collaborative journey. We guide you through six carefully managed stages, from initial site investigation to the moment you step into your completed space.
Site Investigation
Topography and building surveys, soil investigation, and asbestos assessments for pre-1991 structures. Laying the groundwork for informed design decisions.
Schematic Design
We interpret your brief in terms of spatial, timeline and budgetary requirements, presenting proposed floor plans and 3D images. URA submissions for Provisional Permission follow.
Design Development
The schematic design is developed in detail. We believe that good design comprises both aesthetics and performance, as well as practicality and ease of maintenance.
Tender
We pre-qualify tenderers based on track records, financials and organization. The tender process ensures a detailed breakdown and fair comparison of costs for your benefit.
Construction
We take on the role of Contract Administrator. Regular site meetings and inspections keep the project on track in terms of progress and workmanship.
Completion
Upon satisfactory completion, we apply for Temporary Occupation Permit. The maintenance period begins after construction is complete.
