How we manage the personal data in our care, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore.
This policy explains how Quod Architects Pte Ltd manages personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore.

In addition to customers, we may also collect and store personal information about job seekers, employees, service providers, and anyone else who may interact with us. The types of personal information gathered include biodata, contact information, account information, consumer preferences, questions, and feedback.

In light of this, you agree that we are not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure, loss, or destruction of your personal data resulting from such risks.
The Act also prohibits us from keeping personal data longer than is necessary. When we no longer need your personal information for the purposes we initially informed you of, or for any other business or legal requirement, we will stop keeping it.
Keeping your personal data accurate
The personal information we hold on you is accurate and up to date to the best of our ability. We are aware that such information is subject to frequent change, as a result of changes in residence and other personal circumstances. To update any personal information held about you, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@quodarchitects.com.
Requests for access to the personal information we hold on you should also be sent to admin@quodarchitects.com. You will be required to provide proof of identity and to identify the data you need. A fee may apply to cover the cost of authenticating the request and of locating, acquiring, examining, and copying any requested materials. We can help you refine your request if needed, and will let you know in advance how much it is likely to cost if the data being sought is significant.
