Data Deletion
How to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Last updated 3 November 2026.
You can ask Quod Architects Pte Ltd to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This covers data from our website forms, WhatsApp chats, Facebook and Instagram messages, and Meta lead forms.
How to request deletion
- Email admin@quodarchitects.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, or WhatsApp us at +65 9669 6246.
- Include the name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records.
- We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your contact details, enquiry history and messages in our email and WhatsApp records.
- Any data we received through Facebook or Instagram messages and Meta lead forms.
What we may keep
Records we must hold by law, such as contracts, invoices and tax records, for the period the law requires. These are not used for marketing.
Removing our access on Facebook
On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Select our app and choose Remove. This stops future data sharing; send the request above to delete data we already hold.
