Co-working space for lawyers
We collaborated with Charcoal Architects and Found8 co-working space operator to design the world’s first dedicated co-working space for lawyers. For privacy, due to the confidential nature of work, instead of work desks within an open plan office, we designed for compact and private modular work pods, which consists of sufficient space for 2 desktops, storage shelves and is lockable, if required. Besides the dedicated work pods, we have breakout areas with hot desking facilities too. Each hot desking space comes with privacy panels.
We envision that offices will move towards a model with a mix of dedicated work spaces at lower density and rotational hot desks with storage. The following features are integrated:
- Multiple entrances to reduce congestion during peak hours
- Office will be split into self-sufficient clusters, where interaction between clusters will be limited
- Each cluster will have its own pantry, toilet and meeting rooms.
- Work desks will be at safe distance apart and be more enclosed.
- Meeting rooms will also have much lower density, with all seats at a safe distance apart.
- Contactless doors
