Quod Architects undertakes both architecture and interior design (for both commercial and residential projects). The firm is anchored by a commitment to creating unique experiences, craftsmanship, attention to detail and excellence in the building and construction industry. We believe that intelligent design can improve lives, add economic value and enhance our relationship with nature.

Quod derives its name from the latin phrase ‘Quod erat demonstrandum’ which is traditionally used in mathematical equations or philosophical arguments to signify that the proof is complete. In this spirit, we aim to create spaces, in which the product speaks for itself, balancing design, functionality and commercial viability.

In 2021, Quod Architects was awarded Tatler Design Awards – Designer on the Rise.

THE TEAM

Diong Fuhan

Principal Architect

Fuhan is a registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore. Armed with more than 10 years of experience in the industry, she built up a portfolio of large-scale commercial, residential and hospitality projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Middle East and China. During her initial formative 8 years in DP Architects, a large notable practice with projects around the globe, she worked with many esteemed clients, architects and partners, and honed her skills in working with corporate clients. Some of her cherished projects include Carlton City Hotel, Carlton Hotel and Lusail City mixed use development Masterplan. She strongly believes that attention to both design and functionality is the key to the success of a project. She is also passionate about craftsmanship and attention to detailing. Quod Architects is established with the vision of integrating her passion in both architecture and interior design disciplines, and furthering her pursuit of excellence within the building and construction industry.

Samantha Chang

Architect

Samantha is an architect with experience working on a vast array of projects, ranging from Retail, Offices, Mixed Used Developments, Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Master Planning projects and Interior Design. Having spent more than 10 years involved in projects located in South East Asia and Asia region, bringing projects from concept design to completion stage, Sam has gained valuable experience within the building industry. She possesses strong design and implementation skills which takes into consideration the functional, aesthetics and regulatory aspects of architecture. She graduated with a Masters in Architecture from RMIT, and is a registered architect with Board of Architects Singapore.

Indra

Senior Architectural Executive

Indra started working in 2011 in Singapore and has since been involved in and completed various large-scale residential, hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use projects in Singapore, India, and Vietnam. He cultivated his skills in award-winning architecture firms and is well-versed in the design and technical execution of a project.

Indra’s installation project in collaboration with URA and Urban Sketchers was featured in the prestigious Singapore Archifest 2020. As an architecture enthusiast, he relishes talking about interesting designs and looks to bring his design sensibility to deliver high-quality projects.

Shu Xian

Senior interior Designer

Shu Xian is an accomplished senior interior designer who graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts. With extensive experience spanning local residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, both domestically and internationally, Shu Xian has worked with renowned architectural firms, garnering valuable insights and expertise along the way.

Driven by a passion for creating harmonious and functional environments, Shu Xian finds immense satisfaction in designing spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetic appeal with practicality.

Vanness

Senior Architectural Executive

Vanness has developed comprehensive experience across a diverse range of projects in Singapore, spanning healthcare, residential, and industrial sectors. He approaches each project by thoroughly understanding its unique context and requirements, striving to design spaces that are functional, human-centered, and in harmony with their surroundings. Committed to sustainability and thoughtful design, he delivers solutions that improve both the quality and efficiency of spaces, creating meaningful environments that have a lasting, positive impact on the communities they serve.
