This policy explains how we manage the personal data that pertains to QUOD Architects. in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore.

In addition to customers, job seekers, employees, service providers, and anyone who may interact with us, we may also collect and store personal information about other people and entities. We are also prohibited from keeping personal data longer than is necessary by the Act. When we no longer need your personal information for the purposes we initially informed you of or for any other business or legal requirements, we will stop keeping it.

Keeping your Personal Data Accurate and Up-to-date

The personal information we maintain on you is accurate and up-to-date to the best of our ability. As a result of residence changes and other personal situations, we are aware that such personal information is subject to frequent modification. Requests for access to the personal information we have on you should be sent to info@quodarchitects.com. You will be required to provide identification proof and to identify the data you need. The expense of authenticating the application and locating, acquiring, examining, and copying any requested materials may be covered by a fee. We can assist you in honing your request if needed and will let you know in advance how much it will likely cost if the data being sought is significant.
