设计和翻新商业/住宅空间内部的过程可以大致分为四个阶段:

第一阶段

初步设计

在初步设计阶段,我们将确定客户的要求和偏好,并考察现场,检查商业/住宅单元的目前状况。

考虑客户的要求和预算,提交初步设计提案和报价。

第二阶段

扩初设计

在这一阶段,我们将与您一起完善材料饰面和细节,并生成3D图,给您更直观的体验。

我们还与您密切合作,规划电气、空调、厨房布局,选购卫生间洁具和配件。

对于需要向业主提交租赁申请的商业项目,我们也会提交申请,以获得装修批准。

第三阶段

施工

细节确定/获得开工许可后,我们将开始施工。根据工程规模的大小,施工时间通常需要1至3个月。

第四阶段

竣工

交房并不意味着结束。竣工后,我们将与承包商一起查漏补缺。承包商通常会提供一年的保修期。

THE PROCESS

The process of designing and renovating the interiors of a commercial/ residential space can be broadly categorized into 4 stages:

1. Preliminary Design

2. Design Development

3. Construction

4. Completion

STAGE 1

Preliminary Design

During the Preliminary design stage, client requirements and preferences would be established. We would also visit the site, in order to check the current conditions of the commercial/ residential unit.

With the Client’s requirements and budget in mind, a preliminary design proposal and quotation would be tabled.

STAGE 2

Design Development

During this stage, we would work with you to refine the material finishes and details, and generate 3D perspectives to allow you to visualize the space.

We work also work closely with you to plan the electrical, air-conditioning, kitchen layout, and select the sanitary wares and fittings.

For commercial projects which require a tenancy submission to the landlord, we would also make our submission to obtain approval for renovations.

STAGE 3

Construction

Once we finalize the details/ obtain approval to start works, we would start renovation. Depending on the extent of works, it typically takes 1-3 months.

STAGE 4

Completion

The journey does not end when the unit is handed over. Upon completion, we would work with the contractors to rectify the defects. Contractors usually provided a 1 year warranty period.

FAQ

We would first set up an appointment with you to visit your commercial or retail space. The site visit is important for us to understand your specific requirements and site constraints. A preliminary design can then be proposed, with your requirements and budget in mind.

Once the concept design is confirmed, we will prepare detailed drawings for shortlisted contractors to quote for. The quotations of the shortlisted contractors will be evaluated based on track record, price and quality of workmanship. Once the construction contract is awarded, renovation works can start after the necessary permits are obtained.

It depends on the size of your office space and your requirements. Typically, for a commercial space of 1000-2000 sq ft, it should take 6-8 weeks for design, and a further 6-12 weeks for renovation works.
